Benevolent Fund Criteria
- Be nominated by member of ACHA / NCHA cutting horse community
- Nominees to be approved by Black Elk board of Directors discretion
- Hardship must prevent recipient from earning wages
- Funds will be released at the discretion of the Black Elk Board of Directors upon approval.
